Patient Eligibility:

The Wallach Clinical Care Institute accepts patient who are fifteen years of age and older and provides evaluation and care for the following:

• Diabetes Mellitus
• Hyperlipidemia
• Metabolic Bone Disease (Osteoporosis)
• Endocrinopathies
• Recurrent Nephrolithiasis (Kidney Stones)
• Thyroid Disorders
• Pituitary Disorders
• Hypogonadism
• Hypoglycemia
• Dysmetabolic syndrome

Patient Services:

• Consultation and medical treatment
• Nutritional evaluation and counseling
• Assessment of diabetic complications
• Outpatient dynamic endocrine and metabolic testing
• Ultrasound guided thyroid biopsy
• Nonmydriatic retinal photography
• Testing for peripheral and autonomic diabetic neuropathies
• Atherosclerosis testing
• DEXA (Dual X-ray Absortiometry) scanning for measuring bone density and loss
