Each year, the Cookout for the Cure is hosted by the International Longshoremen's Association (ILA) of the Port of Hampton Roads and Hampton Roads Shipping Association (HRSA), with support from a host of individuals and organizations throughout the community

The Diabetes Institutes Foundation would like to thank the Cookout Committee for their continued dedication. The cooperation and support of this committee and the Navy have provided for a very successful event for the past eleven years.
